Newcastle: Benwell

We offer fully funded forest school sessions for children aged 5 to 12 years here during selected school holidays.

About this Location

This site is a hidden beautiful nook of Benwell, completely closed off from the rest of the surrounding area, the nature park has a huge lake, old trees and a selection of park benches. It has a nature bug garden where specific flowers are grown to attract bees, ladybirds and butterflies.

If you meander your way through the wood and hedgerows you come to an opening where you will find a fire circle with log seating this is where we start and finish our days at forest school.
